Yacine Kabore is a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment and education. Having grown up in West Africa and immigrated to the United States, she has a deep understanding of the challenges African descendants face when integrating into new communities. Her experiences inspired her to create Miss Burkina Faso North America, a platform that goes beyond pageantry to focus on education, empowerment, and cultural pride.
Her mission is simple yet powerful: “Education and empowerment of the next generation, especially young girls.” She strongly believes that education is the key to building confidence, breaking barriers, and creating leaders who will positively impact their communities both in the USA and Africa.
Yacine is also a mother, an entrepreneur, and a dedicated community leader. Her work reflects her love for her culture and her commitment to strengthening the African diaspora through mentorship, cultural exchange, and impactful events that celebrate heritage while preparing young women for a brighter future.
In her own words:
“I created Miss Burkina Faso North America to give young women a platform to shine, to learn, and to lead. My goal is to empower them with the tools to succeed while proudly embracing their identity.”
